DEI at OSM

At Old St. Mary's, 50% of our student population is made up of children of color and we aim to reflect that diversity in the curriculum and content of the classroom. Being a part of the Catholic church means we are committed to the mission of global citizenship, and one of the most important components of being a part of a global community is being exposed to and educated on cultures and backgrounds that differ from your own. Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is devoted to representation and cultural education in the classroom. Our goal is that every student will feel welcome, respected, and cherished in the OSM classroom and community.
